Massage Therapy:
Swedish Massage: A classic, soothing massage using light to medium pressure to promote deep relaxation, relief of tension, and improved circulation.

Deep Tissue Massage: A therapeutic technique that uses firm pressure to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to release chronic tension, knots, and pain from musculoskeletal issues.

Prenatal Massage: Prenatal massage is a gentle, adapted therapeutic technique performed with supportive pillows, using light to moderate pressure, to target common pregnancy discomforts like back and hip pain, while helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and muscle tension.

This deeply relaxing treatment includes a gentle double cleanse, steam treatment, facial massage, light exfoliation, hot towels, calming facial mask, gentle serum, eye cream, light moisturizer, and soothing massage for the neck, shoulders, arms, and hands.
1/2 Hour Body Glow $35
This revitalizing treatment combines a massage with exfoliating gloves to buff away dead skin cells, hot towels, and massage with body butter for soft, smooth, and hydrated skin.
